I was thinking that it might be useful to have another section within Tutorials for Basic Training. All the videos for stretching, basic stance’s training, 36 kicks, weight training, Jibengong… I look for them on the Youtube chanel, but It would be nice to have them all together here.
We do have old material that covers this correct – it is a lot of work to link this to the website. Instead, with our new equipment, I’d be more interested in making new videos about this. I can only do it step by step – now we recently brought out new beginner videos. I hope you enjoy them in the meantime.

I was doing the 5 animal Qigong with Jibequan i can tell you my right arm is not as stiff and the arthritis is almost gone that super cool that why im into this stuff it works/
