Hi Everyone, it’s nice to read all your introductions.
I’m Samantha (everyone calls me Sam) and I am beginning my practice in Vienna. I come from Kyokushin Karate, having trained 3 years in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Vienna. I’ve now had a few years break from serious training, so I am really happy to be a part of this community to start practicing with.
Since this is a very new style for me, any beginner tips are appreciated. Best!
