    Hello all and greetings!

I have been watching the Academy’s videos for a few years and have always enjoyed learning from them. I am an acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist in Oregon, USA and have always been drawn to the Daoist arts. I look forward to the coming year studying with you all!

    Hi all,
after over a year watching the instructive videos of Master Ziji online, I finally decide to take the plunge and register to the online classes and I’m glad to have the opportunity!

I have studied Shuan Yang (a sort of “shaolin” tai chi) and have taken some online Wudang Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes during lockdowns.

My aim as a student is to learn to be more in touch with my body, understand its signals, improve my flexibility, decrease bodily tension and strenghten after too many years spent sitting in front of a screen.

    See you on the forum!
    Teresa.
