We finished Xing Yi and Ji Ben Quan this week. So the natural order would be the Xuan Gong Quan series – which has been a long time since I published it. A lot has changed and I think it’s important to start with that in the coming week. In between, I can teach a second form – any suggestions on what you want to see/learn?

    Master Ziji,

Could you do one on Xuan Men Jian or Tai Yi Fuchen or any other weapon form? I really like the elegance of the wudang weapon forms.

I am a great fan of Wudang Drunken Fist. Can you do this I knew that it is a non-traditional form it would be a new thing on your channel too?

After publishing the basics of drunken form, I already said that I am not going to do it until we have the important forms done. We still lack the basics, so I am not focusing on forms to play around with. I also doubt that most can do the basic forms like Ji Ben Quan, Xuan Gong Quan Series and Fu Hu Quan…

    Xuan Men Jian sounds good!

Yes, Master Ziji you are right Xuan Men Jian is the best choice. I said that because I’ve already done basic forms of Wudang Kungfu from your online school.

It would be nice to know if there’s any exercise for carpal tunnel syndrome. I’ve heard stories that people fixed through qigong.

This has nothing to do with our educational content – please refer from this page: https://wudang.academy/education/

Other than that I can recommend you to practice Qi Gong – especially the opening will help your problem.

Thanks for the reply. I will definetly try it out. Master, It would be possible to try Xuan Zhen Quan? I would love to see it.

Xuan Zhen Quan is definitely possible – I will consider it when we finish Xuan Men Jian which is currently running.
