This is by far the most asked question 🙂

Please take a look here: https://wudang.academy/education/

Under the following link, you see the traditional order of how things should be learned. However, this is not an absolute guideline, I simply recommend the traditional way of learning our Wudang arts.

You can focus on one thing or two at once, it is depending on you. Online training will never take over personal coaching and I can only do as much as possible via our online platform. If you want concrete coaching you should come in person and visit me.

If you have specific questions about your training or concerns please make a topic below.

I am always happy to see your videos from your training! You can make a free account on pcloud to send your video in here: https://bit.ly/pcloud2tb

    To make this short:

In this forum I can give you:
    1. Advice
    2. Correct you from watching your videos
    3. Tell you what to practice

Hello master! I was interested in following the. training at home as if i was learning in vienna, I believe which is the. home of paracelsus or alchemy? i think thats so interesting!!

Anyhow if im starting with the basic training i would do the strength and flexible trainings until those are completed? and then id probably do the final version. of those trainings as my daily flex and strength training?

It says basic gong fu, tai and qi gong postures so does that mean these forms listed below are the basic postures im to learn for basic training?? thank you so much im super pumped !!

Ji Ben Quan (Gung Fu Basics)
Wu Xing Qi Gong (Five Animal Qi Gong)
Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong (Eight Brocades Qi Gong)
