Video Archive

The video archive is the course library of the Wudang Academy. Instead of putting everything into one long list, the online school is organized into three clear areas: Taiji, Qigong, and Gongfu. This helps you find the right entry point faster and build your practice step by step.

Taiji

Taiji is the inner path of structure, connection, and calm power. It is not about quick effects, but about clean foundations: stance, weight shifting, coordination, calm breathing, and the ability to lead movement from the inside.

The Taiji area currently begins with the class Wudang Taijiquan 13 Steps. It is the right entry point if you want to get to know the style, understand the basic principles, and build a repeatable sequence for your own practice.

Qigong

Qigong gathers the quieter exercises of the online school: breathing, body awareness, gentle repetition, and inner alignment. This area is for days when you want to organize your body, release tension, and stabilize your practice.

The Qigong category is being prepared as its own learning area so that foundations, short routines, and deeper sequences can remain clearly separated later.

Gongfu

Gongfu stands for strength, coordination, endurance, and precise movement quality. In the online school, this area is not treated as show training, but as long-term physical development: solid repetition, clear lines, and an understandable progression.

The Gongfu category stays deliberately separate from Taiji and Qigong so you can immediately recognize later which content requires more physical activation and which asks for more inner calm.

How to use the archive

Begin where your practice actually stands right now. If you are new, start with Taiji 13 Steps and repeat individual episodes until the direction becomes clear. If you already have experience, use the categories as a map: Taiji for principles, Qigong for regulation, Gongfu for stronger development.

The membership opens Professional access to the online school. New courses can be placed into this structure without the start page and online school showing the same thing twice.
