Hello, my name is Steve. I’ve only been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for about 4 months.
I am trying to improve my balance. As I practice I am coming out of some movements flat footed and out of balance rather than heel first and balanced. Apparently I am not shifting my weight correctly or have the proper posture to be able to step out and land heel first.
What exercises or movements should I practice to improve balance, flexibility and strength?
