I recently joined the online Vimeo school and have been really enjoying studying Wuxing Qi Gong. Being in my mid 50’s I can already feel the benefits of the stretching exercises and the Qi Gong. The online platform is ideal for my current situation.
I do have one question. I started practicing the tiger qi gong after watching master Yuan Xia Gang’s YouTube video on strengthening the lungs and improving breathing. He stressed performing the pushing back movement with the back straight and arms relaxed. However, in the video from the online school on Vimeo Master Ziji is bent over which is something Master Gang didn’t advise. They both stretch the body, and I assume are just different approaches that are both correct?
