Academy Membership

is comprehensive self-study. Over 1,200 video tutorials covering all 35 Sanfeng lineage forms, Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu, traditional weapons, and internal mechanics. Everything is there—you just need discipline to work through it systematically. Submit videos for feedback, follow the progressions, train at your own pace. This is for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners who want authentic reference material.

Personal Coaching

is remote refinement. Eight 90-minute private sessions via Zoom where I watch you move and correct what you're doing wrong. You get a personalized training plan designed for your body and goals. This isn't beginner instruction—it's surgical correction of mechanics, principles, and internal development. Limited to 8 students per quarter because it requires my focused attention.

Intensive Immersion

is direct lineage transmission. I come to your location for a full week of private instruction—4 to 6 hours daily, hands-on corrections, training in your space with your equipment. This is the traditional method of transmission, compressed into intensive format. The kind of refinement that's impossible via video. Limited to 2-3 students per year because it's physically and mentally demanding for both of us.
