Traditional Wudang Qigong in a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Styria. In this course we practice time-tested systems such as Wuxing (Five Elements) and Baduanjin (Eight Brocades) — methods used for centuries to cultivate health and vital energy.
What to Expect
The exercises combine gentle, flowing movements with conscious breathing and mental focus. Regular practice improves posture, releases tension, and promotes energy flow throughout the body. Qigong balances the nervous system and supports both physical and mental recovery.
Who Is It For
Open to all ages and fitness levels. No prior experience required. All exercises can be individually adapted to your ability. Whether you are looking for stress relief, improved flexibility, or a deeper mind-body connection — this course meets you where you are.
Instructor
Master Ziji teaches authentic Wudang Qigong based on years of training in traditional Daoist practices as a 16th generation San Feng Pai lineage holder.
