Tai Ji – Internal Martial Arts

When the students develop an understanding of their physical body in the Ji Ben Gong training, then the natural knowledge of the internal arts arises. Cleaning the thoughts and train the concentration to improve on controlling Yin and Yang. Tension and Relaxation are the major parts of this class, and all of it is controlled through our breathing. This class is an advanced class and not suitable for beginners. However, we would like this class to be available to everyone just to let you know what you are getting into.
