Taming the Tiger in Castle Krastowitz

Taming the Tiger in Castle Krastowitz

Taming the tiger is a traditional self-defense form for Daoists. The main principles of the internal arts, including Sen Fa – internal movements and Jie Zhou – rhythm control is very important for further understanding the internal Wudang martial arts. Learning to coordinate the body control with breathing is integral for our Tai Ji studies and therefore the Fu Hu Quan – Taming the Tiger form is essential for further development in the internal arts. Fu Hu Quan features combat movements, defensive movements to overcome stronger opponents and use internal power more efficiently.
