Xuan Wu Quan Part 1

Xuan Wu Quan is also called Liang Yi Quan, and is a Tai Yi – Two Extremes related form. Xuan Wu Quan is the form of the Two Extremes, as the positions and movements indicate maximum tension, maximum relaxation and from that originating with focused and explosive movement (Fa Li).
