1. Scope

This policy applies to memberships and course purchases on wudang.academy. It does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal (section 4 below and section 5 of the Terms).

2. Cancellation

2.1. You can cancel your membership at any time in your account (Membership & billing) or by email to master@wudang.academy.

2.2. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

2.3. No further charges are made after the cancellation takes effect.

3. Refunds

3.1. Membership payments are not refundable, except as set out in 3.2 and in section 4.

3.2. If you asked us to cancel (by email or message to us, or through the cancellation function, recorded with us) before a renewal was charged and were charged anyway, we refund exactly that charge and make sure the membership is cancelled.

3.3. A refund is never higher than the amount you paid.

4. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from a new membership or course purchase within 14 days, as explained in section 5 of the Terms, which also contains the model withdrawal form. If you asked for immediate access and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once access begins, the right ends as described there. A renewal of an existing membership is not a new contract and does not start a new withdrawal period.

5. How to ask

Send an email to master@wudang.academy with your account email address, the date and amount of the charge and, if you have it, the receipt or invoice reference. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before you start a chargeback with your bank, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Changes

We announce material changes on wudang.academy at least 30 days in advance. The version in effect at the time of a transaction applies to it.
